Knowing some simple sauce recipes can save your dinner. This one is one of my favourite “savers“. Why? I could do this even with my eyes closed. You don’t need to measure the ingredients carefully – just taste and enjoy! This yoghurt sauce is still good after 2 days (remember to keep in the fridge). So you can make a bigger batch at once!
This sauce is at its best with good fish or vegetables, but to be honest, it tastes good with everything!
After trying this you’ll never have a good excuse of not making a sauce for your dinner again!
