Blue cheese & pear salad

Ingredients
2 pears
50 g blue cheese
handful of walnuts
2 tbsp honey
handful of baby arugula
Instructions
Peel the pears and slice into thin wedges. Put on a plate and crumble the blue cheese on top. Wash the baby arugula and crush the walnuts a bit (you can use a knife for crushing). Sprinkle the baby arugula and walnuts on the top and pour the honey over the salad. Enjoy right away!
