If someone was visiting Rome without eating a pizza, I would call that person crazy.
I had the best pizza ever on my second day in Rome. It was a simple classic restaurant. Wish I would remember the name of this place. But the pizza – it was so  d e l i c i o u s ! Only tomatoes, mozzarella and parma ham. Very simple but so good. And the dough was perfect too. I have to try this at home though I’m sure it won’t taste the same.
